Here is HEP1&2 and HIV. The notes are labeled by the buttons to the Right of the videos and are in PDF format to download. The test will cover part 1 and part 2. You can simply email the test answers to info@drbryanhawley.com in the format of example below

The test is also uploaded in PDF format. If your computer doesn't recognize the test format just give us an email and Amber will send you the test in a varied format. 

Once you submit your test you should get a certificate via email that you can forward and or print and frame within 24 hours or sooner. If you do not please give us notice and we will get it out immediately. Especially if you are under a CE deadline.

CEs are

HEP 1&2 = 2 CEs

HIV = 1 CEs

For a total of 3 approved CEs
